Hello

I’m Kirti Singh (she/her) — a coach, facilitator, and clinical practitioner who helps people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and lead from awareness. My work bridges psychology, mindfulness, and lived experience to support growth that feels real and sustainable.

My Story

I’m a coach, facilitator, and clinical practitioner who believes that real growth begins with awareness — the ability to pause, notice, and connect with what’s happening within and around us.
My work is guided by the belief that sustainable change emerges when reflection and action move together.

Professional Journey
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Clinical Practitioner on the CRPO registration pathway, I bring over a decade of experience supporting leaders and individuals through transformation.
My approach integrates Gestalt methodology, psychology, and mindfulness, creating reflective, practical, and identity-affirming spaces where awareness naturally leads to growth.

Experience and Background
In addition to my independent practice, I continue to partner with Strategisense Consulting to deliver coaching and leadership development programs for mission-driven organizations seeking sustainable, people-centred change.
In that role, I offer:

  • Executive and leadership coaching to mid- and senior-level leaders in nonprofit and public sectors.

  • Facilitation and workshops on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational change.

  • Coaching engagements with senior professionals in global technology and innovation companies, focusing on presence, influence, and inclusive leadership.

Today, alongside my coaching practice, I provide psychotherapy under supervision at Toronto Psychological Services, where I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, identity transitions, and relational challenges.
My clinical work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in awareness-based, evidence-informed modalities.

Teaching and Facilitation
I serve as Faculty with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, teaching in their internationally recognized coach training programs.
I’ve also facilitated workshops and presented at professional conferences on topics such as leadership development, mental health, Gestalt coaching, and sustainable growth, with a focus on awareness and belonging in contemporary organizations.

Lived Experience and Grounding
My work is informed not only by education and professional training but also by my lived experience as a woman of colour, immigrant, and mother. These identities deepen my understanding of resilience, transition, and the courage it takes to lead and live authentically.
Outside of work, I find grounding in yoga, meditation, and time spent in nature, as well as joy in the everyday moments of parenting and community life.

At the heart of all that I do — whether in coaching, therapy, or teaching — is a simple principle:
Growth that starts within is the most meaningful and sustainable kind of change there is.
