Many of my clients come to coaching when they’ve reached a quiet crossroads — they’re successful on paper but feel disconnected from their own energy, values, or sense of direction. Some are navigating burnout, team dynamics, or difficult conversations that demand both courage and care. Others are stepping into new roles, managing visibility as women or people of colour, or wrestling with imposter feelings that mask deeper patterns of belonging and self-trust.
 

My coaching is rooted in psychology, Gestalt methodology, and mindfulness — helping you connect inner awareness with outer impact. Together, we slow down to notice what’s really happening beneath the surface: what fuels your choices, what drains your energy, and what new possibilities might emerge when awareness turns into action.
 

I have a special focus on supporting women of colour and gender-expansive leaders as they navigate complexity, identity, and change, fostering growth that is both authentic and sustainable.
